Quick Answer: Where Do I Get AION 2?
AION 2 is free to play on Windows PC through two official channels: Steam (app 3393110) and NC's own PURPLE launcher. The global version is PC only — mobile exists only for the Korean and Taiwanese versions. A separate Founder's Pack exists as an optional purchase; the game itself requires no payment to download and play.
- Steam: free to play, Windows only, with Family Sharing supported.
- PURPLE launcher: NC's alternative client — same game, same servers.
- Founder's Pack: an optional launch-window pack whose official listing confirms 5-day advanced access (the five days before October 5), a Unique "Vanguard of Atreia" title, a 30-day Quai membership and a bound supply chest — a limited-time offer, so check the listing for current availability and price.
- In-app purchases exist; the store categories flag them alongside multi-player, MMO, PvP and co-op tags.
Two clients, one account system: pick whichever launcher your friends use — the Steam community hub is the busier one.
