What Tier 1 Is
The entry rung of Conquest, the game's ranked dungeon ladder. Tier 1 is where fresh endgame characters learn that Conquest checks gear before it checks skill: 700 aggregate item level, no exceptions, measured across all equipped slots.

Crossing the Gate
Baseline 45 gear plus the first enhancement passes clears 700 comfortably. Prioritize weapon iLvl first, then fill your worst slots — aggregate math means a single near-empty slot drags the total more than five good slots reward it.
